You can go to the library or use your computer to look for art projects. This can be time consuming. Instead of searching websites for ideas, you can find a complete curriculum located in one place. "Art Based Curriculum" incorporates art projects, follow-up activities, books and songs to learn the alphabet. This book presents a solid foundation for learning using art and imagination.
The book is just out and I had the opportunity to look at it last night. (4-2-12). What a great book! I wish I had had this available when I ran the art program in a preschool for several years. I like the way it is put together and the clever way that it incorporates learning, as well as doing art. I highly recommend it.
