"Children will not remember you for the material things you provided, but for the feeling that you cherished them."  Richard L. Evans

Spending quality time with your children is the best way to show them that they are cherished. A fun way to enjoy each other is through creative art and activities.

  1. I highly recommend the book, Art Based Curriculum. I have used the ideas in the book with all four of my granddaughters; my nine year old granddaughter looked through the entire book and used post-it notes throughout to mark the many crafts she wanted to do. We made the Butterfly Blot and the Barefoot Butterfly and had an amazing time together laughing and making memories. The directions are very specific and easy to follow, and I like the idea of stories I could read to them that coordinated with the craft. This book will be a great book for your daughters, daughters-in-law or friends.
